Travertine, marble, limestone, slate and granite are products of nature and are susceptible to pits, cracks and color variations. No two pieces of natural stone are alike. These are characteristics are not material flaws but the natural signature of authenticity. You must inspect the material prior to installation to check sizing, thickness, color and veining, and to prepare any blending required to meet the property owners approval. Absolutely no claim will be accepted for any reason after the material has been installed.
